IFXBid is a software platform operated by Infraxio LLC ("Infraxio", "we", "us"), located at 90 Fort Wade Rd, Suite 100, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. This policy explains what information we collect through the IFXBid website and platform, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This policy covers both visitors to this website and customers using the IFXBid application.

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what is generated as you use the platform, and what is collected automatically by standard web technologies.

We use the information we collect to operate the platform and to communicate with you. Specifically:

IFXBid retrieves solicitation and award information that government agencies publish publicly. That material is public record and is not personal information about you. Where a public notice contains a named point of contact at the issuing agency, that contact detail is retained only as it appeared in the public notice and is used solely to help you respond to the solicitation.

The platform uses large language models to score opportunities against your criteria and to extract quoted prices from supplier correspondence. To do this, the relevant text — the solicitation notice, your configured criteria, or the body of a supplier email — is transmitted to our model provider for processing.

We use commercial API services under agreements that prohibit the provider from using submitted content to train their models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's data to score, inform, or improve another customer's results.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Enquiries submitted through this website are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence.

You may request export or deletion of your platform data at any time, including after cancellation, by contacting us at the address below.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls scoped by role, tenant isolation between customer workspaces, and audit logging of changes to customer records.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

IFXBid is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the website or platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
